shipping policy

The product may be out of stock even if your order is accepted or paid online, you will be notified to arrange a refund or exchange for other products.
All product images are for reference only. The packaging may change at any time, please refer to the text description.
Once the goods are sold, they will not be returned or exchanged for quality issues. Turtle Wax reserves the right to the final decision.
 

Local Delivery

Deliveries will be made only within Hong Kong. We will endeavor to deliver within five (5) working days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but the time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control.

Deliveries will be made on Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm.

Free local delivery upon purchasing over HK$ 400 after discount, except for selected areas and restricted islands**. Free delivery is not applicable to selected areas and restricted islands**, please select "SF Express-Freight Collect" for the order.
There will be a delivery charge for purchases less than HKD $400 depending on the weight & dimensions of the parcels.

We may at our discretion use a third-party delivery contractor to make delivery. SF Express and Zeek are our appointed 3rd Party Delivery Partner.

There will be a surcharge for re-scheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery(as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.
